NeoEduApp is a multi-tenant school management platform built for schools in Saudi Arabia and India, spanning three portals — Staff (Platform Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Accountant), Parent and Student. Of the five NeoApps products, this is the furthest along: Student Information & Admission, Attendance, Fees (with ZATCA e-invoicing compliance), Payroll/HR, Examination & Assessment, Communication & Notifications, Analytics & Dashboards, Transport, Timetable & Lesson Planning, Library, and Inventory/Asset Management are real, working modules backed by automated feature tests in the development environment.
A WhatsApp Self-Service Concierge runs on a real Meta Cloud API adapter with webhook signature verification, and an in-app AI assistant (Groq-backed, role-scoped) is wired into all three portals. E-Learning/online classes and the dedicated mobile app remain on the roadmap.
Honest status: "real" here means built, tested and demoable in the project's own development environment — not that NeoEduApp is commercially available yet. It's still in development ahead of a public launch.
